Some Senegalese Food




The school provided a delicious Senegalese lunch one day for the new hires. The dish was called…(actually, I’ve no idea)… and consisted of rice, carrots, cucumbers, hot peppers, tomatoes, meat, olives, hard boiled eggs and pickles. It was very spicy and delicious!
